Singapore based budget carrier Scoot welcomed two new Airbus A321 Neo this morning (29 May 2021).
The two new aircraft, being 9V-NCB (Just Wing It!) and 9V-NCA (Wings Of Change) arrived into the little red dot at approximately 0808hr and 0912hr respectively today after departing Hamburg and having a stop over at Dubai the day before.

According to Scoot, 16 Airbus A321 Neos will be joining the company, with 10 being leased. The A321 Neos will be fitted with 236 seats, which is 50 seats more than the current A320 Neos in the Scoot portfolio. The A321 Neos are also more fuel economic and emits lesser noise, nitrogen oxide, and carbon dioxide.
The Airbus A321 Neo will be able to benefit Scoot thanks to it's longer range, larger payload capacity, and better fuel economy, allowing for more flexibility and the opportunity to open up new routes.
Currently, Scoot has a fleet of Airbus A320 CEO, Boeing 787-8 and 787-9, and Airbus A320 NEO.
